Who is AGID & What are the activities?
AGID Turkish Lighting Manufacturers Association was established for following purposes at 1997
Represent the Turkish Lighting industry at any level,
Facilitate dialogue within the industry participants;
Increase the competitiveness of lighting value chain in both national and global markets.
AGID currently has around 100 members, of whom conduct over 70% market share of Turkish Lighting Industry.
AGID is the official respondent of Turkish Lighting industry against public authorities under the law & regulations.
AGID supports its members in their attendance at IstanbulLight and Frankfurt Light+Building exhibitions and also actively contributes to the organization and promotion of these fairs.
AGID takes part as the authorized organization of Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment (WEEE) in Lighting industry.
AGID is one of the founding members of Lighting Europe.

Local manufacturers of lighting fixtures or components (Capacity Report required)
Companies or representatives of foreign companies that have production outside of Turkey under their own brand; with world-wide reputation and providing advantage to the industry on technology, quality, information wise.
